Favourite tracks: Every single one!

I’m not even going to try to explain this, it’s obvious that this is fricking awesome music! I’ve been listening to this album for two weeks straight now and I know I will listen to it years to come! Like a modern Janis Joplin, the lead singer Brittany Howard totally rip her heart out but with more soberness, stamina and soul than her kindred sister. Although this is doubtlessly timeless music, it is the best new release this year.

This is another band that I MISSED at SxSW… so bummed.
